1) teamspeak attitude: i like military attitude in teamspeak: that does not mean be serious and silent 100% of the time, but i'm 41 years old and i had enough of: insults between comrades, chatting about: sex, religion, race, politic, drunken players messing the chans, bad attitude tolerated because someone is friend in rl of the chief. Last but not least, i have to join a corp who ask for radio silence during combat and use basic, simple commands and orders. I don't speak english well so orders must be clean, short and fast. I played a lot of gaming like EVE online, Arma and others like those and never had problems.
2) i have some RL like everyone, i cannot join Corps who ask daily presence for trainings or stuff like that, but when i decide to play i'll be there so i can assure my presence if i gave the word.
3) I don't like "monarchic" Corps, where everything is bound to the king-chief and his friends: i expect to find officers that prove to be good in the role and not some friend in real life of the king-chief.
4) I play other games and i did not swore MWo my eternal loyalty. Actually i still play ARMA and Planetside2 with my corps, so i have to see how MWO expand and how clan wars works in order to decide if i put my hat here seriously.
I did this to be as fair an honest as possible.
So that we both know what we have to offer and what we ask in return.
I hope you appreciate this or at last understand it.

1. Teamspeak chatter. We're an open corp, we're not run heavily from top down. Our attitude is simple and mature, you're expected to know when you can joke around and when you need to strap down and act the part. So it's not an easy answer, you'll hear us talking about all kinds of things (we're a lot, and as a consequence, a lot of opinions fly around) when we're just sitting around waiting for a drop. Once that happens, though, we have a policy of silence unless you have something important to say, something tactically important. You may just have had your bank account emptied by your gramma, for which I sympathize with you, but that's not important here and now when we're doing 12 man drops. Now, if you're looking for strict silence, then we're probably not the corp for you, actually, I don't think any corp with any kind of soul to it will do. We have chatter, but we're also old enough to realize that chatting doesn't affect pugs, but it's absolutely detrimental to competitive play.
2. We all have lives, some of us are contractual workers with downtime, others are students, there are timezone differences, wives, children, jobs and life itself. We know it. We are, believe it or not, very accepting of these facts and we try to run things in such a manner as to be inclusive of most people. Our only set practice times are on Wednesdays and Sundays, but we do run 12 man practice practically every day because people want to do it, not because it's scheduled and it's all because not everyone can make the official days.
3. In terms of leadership, we're more of a tribal democracy than a tyrannical monarchy. What we do have, however, is quite a few senior members (by which I mean people who've been there through the good and the bad and stuck through it) who take charge of situations. There are no "my way or the highway" moments, we try to have everything vetted through our ever growing ranks and we keep them informed. Our policy is to inform the members of anything new that will be tried, be it a new website, changes to drop command protocols or even something as simple as the selection of corp colors; it was all vetted by the crows as a whole. It has it's advantages but it also has it's disadvantages, we've learned to live with it.
4. So do we, as I previously mentioned, we don't have set required times for gameplay. Our only requirements are simple, be respectful and be helpful. The rest is up to you. We do, however, have a core group that is on very often, it is the nucleus of our 12 man groups. They help run the competitive side, they help develop new members and they help the corp in an elder brother-esque role.
That's a pretty poor reply to your questions though, we aren't your typical corp and a lot of aspects of being a Carrion Crow are radically different from being in an other corp, so I do suggest you come by our teamspeak server, it's populated 24/7 and we'd be happy to show you around.
