Just like the subject says, me and my teammates have noticed that sometimes when hit in the front center torso with LRMs, the rear torso will be damaged in addition/equal measure. It would seem as if the explosion is sometimes engulfing front and rear hitboxes, which makes no sense whatsoever. Anyone else have this experience? I'm talking about full on frontal, watching the missiles hit me damage, not torso twisting and ending up spreading them all over the mech.

I think this is happening with all weapon types. Several times today alone I've had no front armor, but full back armor, turned my mech 180 and marched away from the enemy - and died due to getting shot in the back. My paper doll will show my rear armor as intact when I die - so damage seems to be transferring strangely somehow.
I know this happens because I have been shot in the back which had fresh armor across all 3 rear torsos, and arms/legs - but nearly cored in the CT (PPC boats FTL). re-position myself, but get shot by a second mech with a laser or two (no missiles), from a direction that could hit no where else other than my back (centered my torso and turned away from the enemy line) - and it burns off the last of my core and I die. Pretty frustrating stuff when it happens.

Same thing happens with PPCs, gets really annoying if you can't turn fast enough to save your rear.

This is happening to me as well. It's especially noticeable with PPC and Gauss fire, since I'm almost always pointing my most armored sections in their direction. Dropped dead a few times from shots to the back because the damage registered to my armor-stripped front.

I've noticed a few times, getting hit by friendly fire right off the drop, that damage from the rear is carrying through to my front armor.

I have also noticed a bit of this, but not all the time. At times I will get hit on the left side and notice that the exact same damage I take on that side is transferred over to my right side. Its almost like a two-for-one double hit. They shoot once and score two full damage hits on me at completely different points on my mech.

You can easily duplicate the issue in the testing grounds with multiple weapons

Just caught a gauss round in my rear-center torso in my Spider, as I was running away. Full-on rear-center. Came out with no damage on my rear armor at all, and all of it in my front-center armor. It was the first shot of the match. Definitely not right at all. Forget this stupid damage transfer nonsense - how can I have absolutely NO damage at the point of impact?

Would be nice if we could get this put into known issues, or at least a moderator comment on it.
