If they aren't on steam right at this very second, there could only be two good reasons:

A ) They are waiting until their product is in actual release shape.

B ) They are waiting until their product is in actual release shape for the huge marketing campaign that will make Steam unnecessary.

If neither of those two things are true, then they should have been on steam weeks ago.
