So if there are female mechs, and I'm piloting one, does that mean I'll be inside a girl? Can it feel me touching and caressing its insides?

depends on how you look at handling the joystick, while inside her lol

So... personally, the Wyvern at one point struck me as being slightly effeminate in its design (in comparison to, say, the Commando or Atlas).

Then, there are the Clan-built ProtoMechs - specifically, the Siren and the Erinyes.

I want to know how a person fits in those to pilot them.

The proto-mechs are like more giant versions of a Exo-Suit Battle Armor.

And all the "legit" drained out (and the OP's likely age bracket became much more apparent) with the clarification:

I have so much fun reading you guys :D

General Mai Fortuna rallies the Rangers and re-deploys them to capture the city of Touren-Ke. The Rangers take the city but are again encircled and besieged by enemy forces. During the siege, the fighting degenerates into a nightmarish haze. On several occasions Päl witnesses fellow soldiers being killed right next to him by mines, snipers and ambushes, and barely escapes an attempt at abduction where he has to kill a 10-year old girl in self defense. Other soldiers in the city are abducted to be tortured to death. Morale among the increasingly paranoid Rangers fails, and like most of his comrades, Päl becomes addicted to Blaze over the horrors, a local drug that eases the tension to bearable levels. Eventually, Päl snaps when the mutilated body of a female 'Mech Tech, arms and legs hacked off, is thrown at them from a passing van. Nearby civilians start to laugh, and Päl, realizing they knew what would happen, proceeds to shoot them until stopped by a lancemate.

Uhh I think you were trying to say female mech...

However a 'Mech" tech of any gender is still that a "mech" tech, tech being short for technician.

As far as I have seen there are no female-esq. mechs in the game however I have never seen a mech with a dong either so I guess there are no male mechs either...

Now wonder if there were "male" and "female" mechs could they make a pretty baby

Well, the Wyvern is a 45-ton BattleMech - the Mechwarrior sits in the head, as normal.

The ProtoMechs are a "half-way point" between Battle Armor (such as the Elemental suit) and "proper" 'Mechs.
To operate them, the pilots (equipped with Enhanced-Imaging (EI) implants that serve as a form of Direct Neural Interface (DNI) system) assume the "fetal position" in a cavity within the torso and direct the ProtoMech as though it is their own body.

Sure, let's waste money developing a female mech that doesnt exist in BT for the basically non-existant female population in MW:O

I wouldn't mind some mechs with some 'junk in the trunk' so to speak.

'mechs do not have dongs that would be just as pointless as knockers...

(or do they? INB4Lock)

...No. Just no.

Making sure the game is balanced and expansive at launch is going to get an audience. Not pandering for a pathetically small amount of people.
