Appears to be related to equipping Endo-Steel and Ferro Fibrous upgrades:
  • Start with stock Centurian CN9-A
  • Open Upgrades Tab
  • Select Endo-Steel and Ferro Fibrous Armor upgrades
  • Switch back to Equipment Tab
  • Add 2 additional Heat Sinks and C.A.S.E.
  • Tonnage should read 49.2
  • Switch to Armor Allocation
  • Max Center Torso Armor (50/14 = 64)
  • Set Right Torso Armor to 35 (35/12 = 47)
  • Increment Left Torso Armor
  • Too Heavy will be displayed at 32 (32/12 = 44) but tonnage is correct at 49.9
  • Switch to Equipment Tab
  • Remove Heat Sink from Left Torso so tonnage reads 48.9
  • Switch back to Armor Allocation
  • Set Left Torso Armor to 35 (35/12 = 47) tonnage reads 49
  • Switch back to Equipment Tab
  • Add back Heat Sink
  • Tonnage correctly reads 50
Once the issue is corrected by removing the Heat Sink, it doesn't appear to be reproducable without hitting Cancel and starting the process over.

I had this, would not let me spend my last point of armour.

I saved the mech and went back in to it and I could allocate the last of my tonnage.
