Encrypted
1. Convert (information or data) into a cipher or code
2. Conceal information or data in something by this means.
I was thinking maybe the image isn't properly put together, if I remember my encryption lessons correctly. An encryption sometimes breaks up the data before encryption, and then re-encryption puts the image back together. Maybe the pixilated images are not properly put together. What if this is like a jigsaw puzzle where the pieces need to be rearranged to make an image, or one of those old slider puzzles where you need to move tiles around to get the image.

Though one of the most familiar 'Mechs in the inner Shere, the Archer will soon become one of the most unpredictable because of the variety of versions nearing production. The Free Worlds League model features double heat sinks and Endo Steel internal structure. The weight savings allows it to carry CASE, and extra half ton of armor, and the ARTEMIS IV fire control system to improve the accuracy of its missles.
In the Free Rasalhague Republic, the Satalice factory of Gorton, Kingsley, and Thorpe Enterprises is nearing completion of the retooling necessary to produce the ARC-5R....

I have a feeling I'm looking into this too much but if you look at the email address "unit37@static-13-37-43-137.comstar"
13 37 43 can be written 13:37-43, Like a bible verse, which in the bible has the the sentence "Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father."
While 137 may be a reference to General Order 137 which was given to the exodus fleet (future clans), a passage from that would be "so that when we return, and return we shall, our shining moral character will be as much our shield as our BattleMechs and fighters."
Might just be a coincidence but I'm thinking it's clan related. Then again like I said before I may be looking too into it. I'm also not sure what comstar has to do with it.

Maybe it's going to unscramble to reveal battle footage as part of a new trailer.
This is way too much hype for any one 'Mech, not to mention they haven't played mind games like this for any of the other releases. And their codenames for stuff (see OPERATION INCEPTION) haven't been very cryptic in the past. If it is a 'Mech, it's something huge, which suggests Unseen as it's too early for the Clans. But I don't think it's a 'Mech.

Actually they did this before with the first battlemech the Atlas, so if there are only going to be 12 battlemechs at launch then why not end the way it started. It started with a hidden assault mech, so why not end on a hidden assault mech.

But in all seriousness, I'm betting Battlemaster. It's the current icon for the TT game and is no longer unseen, and it makes sense for them to end on a hidden Assault mech that most people figured wouldn't make it in.

More than one thing will happen on that date.
1: Mech 12 announced
2: Some sort of trailer for E3 released. (who goes to E3 without a new trailer?)
3: The unveiling of a Comstar Terminal that will give in-depth information on all current Mech designs and variants so that players can check out exactly what will be available and tool around with mods and variants. (Not many things i can think of that would get more interest from die-hard MW fans)

I can't find a planet named 'Artemis' in the Inner Sphere.

I find it interesting that the form asks for first name and last name...no mention of pilot name. Also why is their a country list.

Heavily disagree with this assertion. A direct comparison show that although the sections bear similarities, they are not the same. Either it is part of a different mech or it is not a groin section.
