Is it just me, or does there seem to be a huge delay when firing the LBX? It seems like all ACs have this delay, but it is way worse on the LBX. It makes it nearly impossible to aim. Especially on mechs like the centi where gorilla tactics are key.
Pressing the trigger, waiting a full second, while holding the reticle on target is unreasonable. If a round is chambered, then the shot should fire instantly when the button is pushed. Same with SRMs, ACs and other ammo based weapons.
Granted, this could also just be me gripping about my crap aim. Still, I feel it would be better without a significant delay.

I don't notice any difference really. It's a bit difficult regardless of what AC I use.

I guess that is my point. Aiming isn't just about leading based on the speed of the target. It is also leading based on how long it will take to eject the round out of the muzzle. It shouldn't be that way.

I've noticed a long fire delay with the LBX while playing on comps with low 10-30 fps. When playing with 45-65 fps the delay is virtually nonexistent.
What fps do you typically play at?

Robot jocks! Awesome!
Low, that is for sure. I know my machine is under spec. That is likely the biggest cause of all my woes.
