If that's your take on it... then don't queue for it? Also, with a decent time limit, you're not losing much time. The only "reason" the game mode doesn't exist is because it isn't here yet. Like most things, it simply wasn't high enough on their priority list. But it will come. When it does, you'll probably be one complaining about people hiding in it rather than just sticking to Assault or Conquest.

Personally, I'd rather play hunter for 3mins with my MechWarrior game than racing to caps. This is not Mario Kart. Conquest has more potential, but until I can specific queue Alpine for it and get a 2x longer ticker timer; it's no fun either. The bases are too close together to be of any fun on other maps, and the ticker is too quick. Alpine is the 1 good map for it, which you can't specific queue, and the ticker is far too fast for it anyway.
