I know DX 11 is in testing phase but it would be great to see some screen shots of DX 11 in action.
Thanks

The latest NGNG said work for DX11 is going great and *might* be out in the next 90 days.

I might listen to those if they weren't like an hour long and I had to listen for the whole time to hear a snippet that might be 5 second of dialogue

Indeed, I am somewhat curious to see what all this work will be good for.

Time for a cpu/vc upgrade anyway, still running a 4850.

I suggested that after NGNG 1, of which I could only get through like the first 45 seconds. They need to at least give us a time index.

While most certainly a valid death phrase, I highly doubt any OS defenestration took place--that would involve a piece of digital software throwing itself out of a window. This, though, is normal practice in Prague.

I'd like to see a difference slider, similar to what nvidia doesm where you move the slider over the picture, one half it old, other half is new.. But, I'm excited about Dx11.. watching these videos makes me grin when I try to imagine the terrain and mechs gain an extra level of depth...

Since their concern is mainly performance related, it would seem like most of the work is done already and it's just fine-tuning. So a sample to show us what we can expect would be nice since a screenshot doesn't tell us how well it performs(which is their concern), just how it's going to look/what we can expect.

It was strange when MWO first got released as closed beta the mechs looked graphically shinier and more reflective. They were still worn looking but had a quality that looked like metal. I was in awe when I first saw the green and red pinstriped Hunchback. Then many patches later the visual quality changed for all the mechs. For me they took a step back. Maybe for optimizing purposes not sure. Still love the visual quality right now but something got lost as the game progressed. I hope DX 11
puts those details back in. So maybe toss us a few DX 11 bones eh? :)
