How so? Besides this looks like pure speculation here and doesn't seem to be based on any real source.

You'll get your Ballistic Stalker in the far future (STK-8S). Just hang in there (if MWO lasts).

I wants all ballistics.

I wants 4 gauss rifles, even if that means I has no armor and move 19.1 KPH :P

I would expect a Hero Stalker to have a stripped down weapon loadout and a gigantic stock engine/max engine rating

and I wouldn't buy it.

I don't care what it's loadout is... if there was a Hero Stalker I would buy just for the sake of buying it. Stalker has been my favourite IS mech since I first saw it in GBL.

Here is the one you will get:

Custom Variants
  • STK-3F Stalker Jagawen - Designed for close combat, the Stalker used by Sho-sho Jagawen Torisobo replaced the LRM launchers with an additional SRM-6 rack in each torso. Six additional heat sinks kept the machine cool. BV (2.0) = 1,570[8]

Based on one of these two chassis:

  • STK-3Fb - The 3Fb variant of theStalker carries a Guardian ECM Suite in the center torso, upgrades the large lasers to extended range versions, and adds Artemis IV fire control systems to the LRM-15s that replace the Jackson LRM-10 launchers. The SRM-6 racks are gone, and the standard heat sinks were replaced with seventeen double heat sinks. BV (2.0) = 2,029[3]

Its a possiblity (its from 3028), although the Jagawen can be built exactly with a 3F, except the missiles are spread out. If the Jagawen were added, it would be 4 EH (2xLA, 2xRA, 1x RT, 1x LT), 4 MH (2xLT, 2xRT).

Wont get any hero with ECM, no way in hell. Also the replacing LRMs with SRM can already be done thanks to our pod system the inner sphere didnt invent yet...oh wait.

Makes sense.
6 missile + 6 Energy = P2W
ECM on hero assault mech = P2W

The only non-P2W variant is the top one you listed so it makes the most sense. Moving the hardpoints is useful under some circumstances, not terribly good or bad; I think that's rather ideal for a hero mech. The real benefit, of course, is the bonus c-bills and unique paint-scheme, not it's superiority in battle.

Unless the way ECM work changes pretty drastically, you'll never see it on a hero mech. You have an item that "variant limited" and make on of those variants a hero mech. That's got P2W written all over it.

My guess is that we'll get something with a single ballistic hard point.

Edit: by "single BL hard point" I mean in addition to some other E and M hard points, not a Stalker with a single HP that happens to be BL.

Only if ECM stays as an overmodeled, skill-less toy.

If we got a stalker with a single ballistic hardpoint it would be one deadly mech. Especially if it was in an arm and it kept at least two energy hardpoints in the arms. You could have a gauss, 2 erppc stalker with all of its weapons in the highly placed arms. Very heat efficient and deadly. If the ballistic went in the torso its power would not be too diminished, but I find its best to have sniper weapons placed higher up on a mech.

This is of course all based on speculation, but is how I would use that ballistic slot if it came around.
