These forums are getting to serious, lets step back and make a thread showcasing the dumbest ways to kick a bucket in a mech.


150kph Commando going full tilt into a clothes line.

Jenner tripping over its own feet and doing a face plant.

Performing a perfect landing from a HALO drop....right in the middle of the OP FOR's starting zone.

An Awsome with a back itch.

Getting a life sized tattoo of an Atlas.

On caustic I dropped a spider from a mountain, he was rolling down it.

I once got landed on by an atlas in river city. I was in my commando. He walked off the ledge, landed on me. I had red torsos and head from LRMs.
"WTF? TK? I didn't even shoot anything!"
"You need to watch where you step!"

Going out of bounds on River City, especially near Kappa. I swear you die in like 3 seconds there. It needs to be tweaked.

I drive a PB and that damn thing just won't stop. Once I went OB trying to stop and died before I could turn around and get out of there.

A Jenner run around the corner right into our team of 6 mechs standing there. It lasted 1 second

My silliest way to die was in River City. I was in a Cicada and the CT was red. The team was working on the last Stalker and I was going to jump down that Citadel to join them. Right when I was falling down a friendly Atlas shot his LLs on the Stalker. I fell into the Lasers. Dead.

CT was red, got nailed by a huge flight of LRMS. With all the smoke/effects and how beat up I was already assumed I was dead and got up to grab a drink. Got back just in time to see myself die for real.

I saw a spider execute a perfect jump and landing...right in front of a Splatcat. I wonder if he had time to say "OH SH___" before he died.

Every spider last stand I try like heck to have the enemy core me while in mid air. Generally they miss, a lot.

I was with my 9A cent I think, on the forest colony I fell from a cliff with legs and torso cored, the falling damage on the legs triggered an ammo explosion and so I killed myself.

So I'm stuck in one of the many lovely places to get stuck that I find in River City. Been there for a couple minutes and the fight swirls back around to where I am and a Trebuchet from my team somehow lands on my head and dies. I get a Team Kill. I wasn't firing or anything. Just doing that Stuck Stutter. Apparently Death From Above works!! Only it was his death, LOL.

Run into a spider spazzing out on a rock... instantly annihilated both of my legs due to the frequency of his resonation being attuned exactly to my atlai's legs. also jenner flew into my atlas and exploded.... best kill ever.

An Atlas buddy was stuck on terrain in River City- he tried to go up the wrong part of the hill. I tried to free him by dropping on him in my Hunchback. It blew both my legs off somehow.

My friend got stuck on river city just before Sigma, between 2 buildings. An hunchback chased me right in front of him. He didn't last 2 seconds. Then, he fell out of the map, and died due to being out of bounds. Best Skype call ever.

Jenner D... was killed by LRM fire on Caustic, and then hit by 6 or 7 waves after the first one had already killed me.
