Meh, needs 4 TAG and to switch to a 250 standard engine so you can cram in more ammo.

TC, Out of curiousity, was the point of that mech design solely to blow up in as spectacular a manner as possible? I can't really tell. I have difficulty recognizing that sort of humor.

Ammo explosions aren't very impressive. NO EXPLOSIONS are very impressive since they fixed the bug where the entire head/cockpit would shrapnel and blow out.
It's a funny joke, but since mechs don't do splash damage (to my knowledge) when they die, it is entirely pointless. It won't even look cool.
As far as AMS, last I heard the ammo wouldn't explode. Even if it does, it is probably based on machine gun ammo damage, and machine gun ammo doesn't blow up for anything approaching impressive damage.

It may or may not do much damage, but I can confirm that it blows up.. Confirmed the hard way.. :/
