while it is true that you guys are the largest, at 565 registered members, we are not exactly small either.

Yep, the server admin says it should handle 10k concurrent sessions, though he has put an administrative limiter on it to 5k concurrent sessions.

Thanks for getting us hosted on the Mumble, btw guys.
I was originally just playing with friends using Skype, and I came from a TS3 server where I used to play Napoleonic Wars, and before that I played with other groups on Vent. Mumble uses less of my connection and system resources than ANY of those others, and of course is VERY preferable to Skype.

House Liao Actual dot com is a cool place to hang out. You can find a lot of cool people there. In HLA you can just chill and do whatever and totally relax. "Take it easy" is the HLA motto, for example, that's how laid back it is there. Show up if you want to have a good time. Another good reason to show up is if you want to hang out with friends.

not everyone but probably 500 of them are.

going purely by the number of applications (in our application sub-forum) to join us we are at 438 members. a number of older players (as in they have been with us before we mandated everyone to write an application) never actually did put in an application so that number is a bit higher.

yet again, we are not exactly a small unit. we are not as large as you guys are, but we are not tiny either.

Hopdevil stopped by last night. Had some good drops with him and some of our other guys. Even if he has never stepped a foot into the SomethingAwful universe before last night, his attitude and chill mechbro-ness mark him as a true goon at heart.
