HAHA this stuff is awesome. If I saw this stuff back in the day I'd obsess over it.

You know, I don't think I've ever seen a 3d depiction of mech pilots.

Also, the shot with the Jenner and Locust has great composition and sense of movement.

I'm almost embarrassed to show these. I'm also afraid some of my earliest/worst attempts at BT art might be on one of those mysterious floppy disks.

i always thought it was funny how "floppies" used to really be floppy and hard disks were these "new hard things" that replaced them... oh how times have changed.

oh.. and when i said i found "a floppy"... it is actually like 20 of them... labeled generically "Disk 1, Disk 2, etc." lol

When I first started selling Sun Microsystems hardware a 2.1GB SCSI disk was like $1,000.00. Rack or cabinet storage used 8" disks and tape drives were up to 1/2" tape width. Up hill, both ways in the snow. :P

One of my buds back then worked at Wang when they used punch-cards...and not for shopping rewards! I love old computer crap. The bigger, the beiger, the better.

Is that a baby Mech under the table? Niiiiiiice.

Some of these pictures look like they were from Mechwarrior 2. I also have a disk in my collection of stuff. Specifcally seperated out to go with my collection. But I do have the original ( 286 Computer based ) Mechwarrior on floppy, along with a bunch of Battletech board game items and card game boxes. Not to mention the complete collection of novels still.
