Just keep spamming them safely behind cover I barely recieve a scratch.

Cus having mech choices is overrated

As I said before - there will be more QQ threads then before when they'll fix LRMs damaging not only torso, but all other parts of the mech.

Sure :huh: these are not the consistent damage numbers you are looking at.

I'm using 2xLRM10 + 2xLRM15 (without artemis)since yesterday, these are my stats:

I do use TAG a lot. It does seem a lot more easy to kill someone compared to my Catapult with 2x20LRM (artemis) I used several weeks ago.

People always post the most damage they've done once in a month an tell all that's the numbers they do all the time.

Really how can you trust the development team to move fwd. in a positive direction after this mess. Its going to take a community apology and some public development team terminations or forced resignations before I fully believe they will win back the community.

This is the 2nd time these LRM issues have come up we need to make sure as a community it doesn't happen again.

No...I believe seeing personally results from the guys I run with...who are either doing greater damage per match..or instantly being reduced to rubble by a single volley of 2xLRM15s...neither of which had happened before. Let's say the pendulum is swing farther than berfore, by a large margin. I believe my own experiences which happens to coincide with the results most others are experiencing. I play the game...I test myself...I agree with what I find accurate...and disagree with that which I do not....such as you.

I have been a firm advocate of LRMs being fine, but if you do not see a problem since patch you are either trolling, have not played, don't want your toy taken away, or in denial...based on my own in-game observations.

I've noticed this, and wasn't sure what it had to do with. I took a single LRM volley to my hunch, and lost my left torso, and my legs both went critical.

I also noticed that my SRMs from my hunchback have been getting an odd number of headshots (played for 5 hours today and got 4 headshots from SRM vollies, one stalker, one atlas, and two Jagermech).

Didn't know if it was a bug, or if I got extremely lucky. But I had noticed that LRMs were tearing me to pieces however.

And even the best QA of the world can compete with hundreds of thousand of players ;-)

That's why we need lobbys to test it.

Yea, but the weird thing is...
The LRMs had two notable changes for the last two patches, which I never found to be noted in the patch notes?
It's not like "OOH... one on every 20 missiles didn't exactly hit the target so we did that - big deal - no need to announce it!" - but more like - "MISSLES *** **** ******* ***** NOW!! HELL YEA!! Their spread is reduced and they aim for the torso now!" and "Missiles headshot the crap out of ppl now, if not - they hit the part with the least armor in the mech(aka. the legs) so it cripples them!".
I personaly think that they were fine before those two changes.
Yep - they weren't that powerful but they were useful, vital weapon on the battlefield, scary enough to not stay in the open without being punished. They were normal weapon.
Not concidered overpowered one.

I continue to fail to see the sane reason, why the hell they do such changes without announcing them.
Or why they do it at all?
