How funny/tragic would it be if you were sent a literal graphics card? Like a rectangular piece of cardboard labeled graphics card in kindergarten lettering? Becuase I mean it is eBay.

I wouldn't say wasted.The 680 is a fantastic card.I've got two of them and they are definitely worth the buy if you enjoy gaming.That's a great price too.

No, I have am ASUS Z77 Deluxe, that isn't taking advantage of the 16x PCI 3.0. This will supplement that.

I was under the impression that MWO is mainly bottlenecked by the CPU. At least it's the only game I know that make my CPU go 100% before my graphics card does.

I know how you feel...I just upgraded to a 570 from a 460. Coincidentally, my unitmate I bought the card off of upgraded to a 680.

Jelly, would like to get a second GTX 560 Ti for my rig but nooooo, no SLI support.

I don't trust used computer parts, no way to tell how bad it was abused if someone tried to overclock it. Now I am tempted to start browsing ebay for new parts -.- Newer cards aren't causing price drops like I had hoped.

I'm upgrading from 2 560's. Selling them to a teammate for dirt cheap. Gotta have them FPS!

How much of an increase have you seen?

I am afraid to push my settings to max just due to the FPS drops I get from SRM and LBX smoke. Had it set higher at one point, don't trust large maps and I like my high render distance.

Hasn't gotten here yet, but either way, I play with all settings on low except for object detail and textures. I try to make the best possible advantage for being competitive All that extra hoo-ha just gets in the way. I'll pug with it though. I'm able to play maxed now, but this should be flawless.

PCI 2.0 is more than enough bandwidth for any graphics card. The big difference you will see will come from the card itself.
