So, I just bought a Jagermech and decided to put 2 UAC/5s on it for fun. I soon realized that the barrels don't rotate at all despite having 3 barrels on the model. Therefore I suggest that 'Mechs with models for the UAC/5 (e.g Cicada-3M, Jagermech) get rotating barrels.

That is all.

In any case this type of barrels for uac is totally wrong, because this is looks like Rotary Autocannons(developed in 3069) must looks.

I can agree with this. The RAC should look like a chaingun.

I think the uac is actally a rotary breech chaingun.

Nope, i think it is more like this:

Abakan AN-94 Assault Rifle.

Special mechanic allows it to fast fire 2 round bursts without recoil between these 2 rounds.
Trade off: you'll get double recoil after second round.

And same as UAC/5 vs AC/5, AN-94 is less reliable compared to AK-74.
Complex mechanism and increased stress from double recoil... :)

LosTech today!

well the floating action of that type of rifle would work but you talking the whole weight of the gun crashing back and forth in it's frame...nine tone? besides that action would be way hot and wouldn't jam no I think the rotary breech is more likely. V hake a dual barrel ossilating breech cannon. that would work and give it a unique look

I think that the current UAC5 is off. Isnt the UAC a weapon that fires just as often as a normal AC but propels 2 rounds per volley instead of just one? This UAC feels more like the Rotary. It would weaken it but I think that would be fine really.

the only thing that matters is that it does 5 damage. i think 3 barrels is a cool touch.

Its not wrong if it doesnt rotate. Only rotary autocannons are supposed to rotate.
