ComStar Headquarters: Sydney, Australia, Terra

To me that's why the "star map" is inverted. It's a perspective thing ;) I have seen several "Autralian" globes and world maps that have the south pole uppermost.

I went to the static.mwomercs.com I right clicked and chose Inspect Element and lots of cool stuff I've never seen before on a webpage.... I changed the thing to 3D on the right side and could rotate the header around and look at it from all angles.... was kinda cool for someone who has no idea what any of that stuff was.

Take your hand pretend you are grasping a baseball,
Now turn it so that your palm faces you.
You should have something very like the picture.
The wrist is one of them, The thumb is another, and four fingers.
The image is of a mechanical hand reaching out of the Dark to grasp the fragile sphere that is the I.S.
The mechs at the bottom are all that stand between the peaceful citizens and the coming horror behind that grasping claw.

And as such, the print is upside down.
Instead of "nol....."
whatever the words are end in "ion"
Like Destination, or Operation.

Ok here is my crack at the mech:

I have highlighted the legs in red, and something consistent with each leg in yellow. If this WAS a mech from the BT universe, I would suspect they are Jump Jets. For the sake of this conversation I will say the yellow bits are Jump Jets.

But as you can see there are at least five legs. I think the sixth leg is part of Jump Jet number one, which is in a similar position as leg number three. However I can't see the leg attached to jump jet number one.

Either way, I don't think this is a Battlemech from the BT universe. I want it to be, because I would love piloting a quad mech.

Nubnub is quite the mysterious fellow...
