Might get it if its about 90 kph with below weapons HP
LA = Missiles X 1
LT = Missiles X 2 ( most probably 1 )
CT = NA
RT = Energy X 2
RA = Balistic X 1
Jump Jets = 4 units
Armor = 450 at least 500 the best
Engine = Up to 350 Standard

90 kph?
You want a 90 ton mech to hit 90 kph? Time to look for another mech then, 'cause that's not going to happen.
A 400 rated engine in the Charger (an 80 ton mech) can only hit 86.4 kph...with MWO's magic 10% speed boost, it could hit 95 kph, but that's the Charger, which is 10 tons lighter.
The Highlander with a 400 rated engine would travel at 72 kph. With the speed boost you could hit 79.2 kph, but that's no where near 60. More than likely the Highlander will come with a 270 rated engine (14.5 tons), which would be good for 54 kph and three jump jets. You'd need a 360 rated engine (33.0 tons) for a blistering 64.8 kpg and 4 jump jets.

Your idea and math is right, but your starting number is a bit wrong. A 54 kph Assault Mech from TT goes 48.6 kph in MWO (stock). The Atlas in TT goes 54 kph, but goes 48.6 in MWO. Similarly, the Awesome, which goes 54 kph in TT also goes 48.6 in MWO with the stock engine.
If the Highlander uses the standard engine restriction formula, it will come with a 270 engine that takes it 48.6 kph, with a max engine rating of 325 that will take it to 58.5 kph (64.4 with speed tweak). Also, I doubt the Highlander can fit a fourth jump jet.
If we were to hypothetically go beyond a 325 engine, the numbers would go something like this:
350 engine: 63 kph (69.3 with speed tweak)
375 engine: 67.5 kph (74.3 with speed tweak)
400 engine: 72 kph (79.2 with speed tweak)
There's probably some variation in these numbers that I'm missing, but you get the idea.
So yeah, I think you got the higher engine rating math right, and you're undeniably correct that there's no way the Highlander is going 90 kph. I think some people are expecting way too much out of it.

Yes, I was using Table Top rules to calculate things. I didn't know about the reduced speed for the Assaults, although in my defence, I've only used 3 Mechs in combat, and all of those Catapults and they seem to conform to TT rules.
...I'm somewhat disappointed by this, even more so than the mystic speed tweak.

Now that u mention the speeds from the atlas in TT at 54 I think pgi just lowered all the speed 10% so when u get the speed tweek u do what the TT rules would actually be. Atlas in mwo with 300 engine does 53.5 or 53.7 something like that anyway so then it's right back up there with the TT atlas at 54 or close enough anyway

Might be for the Assaults, but it seems that the Catapult at least is running at normal TT speed.
