I really hope one of the Flea variants that is coming up is the Flea-19.

4 machine guns per arm.
1 machine gun array per arm.
1 missile launcher.
1 flamer.

so for MWO it would be:

16 ballistic (8 per arm ..since mg array = 4 machine guns)
1 energy (CT)
1 2-tube missile (probably in RT or LT)
