A gigantic Boom box in center of the map, the teams fight for control , who controls gets to pick the music. and everyone must listen to it no turning it off.

However, besides the artist, I would love for MWO to take a systematic approach that Starcraft 2 took with its music. What they did is have tons of tracks, and then have transitional tracks that are only 20 seconds long or so. This allowed them to ramp the music up with the game. The music system detected unit movements and battles and would direct the music accordingly, so it might choose a more tense track if units are getting very close to each other, and then transition into a powerful and loud track when the battles start breaking out.
To have a system like this combined with Jehuun's awesome style would just tickle my fancy.

Any intro/cut scene music will be left to the devs decision, tho' if too artsy-fartsy will be muted quickly.
Classical music could be tolerated as long as it is in the spirit of;

Personally, I really liked the background rock music, especially "Hunter" by cornboy. Oh well, that game seems to have become a fad to hate anyway, so it really doesn't matter. If anyone's interested, here it is:
