Soooooo, Desert has been out less than one week and look at how many times it gets into the rotation..... Yes we know you mentioned a increased probability, but its spawning like 40% of the matches. Its a good map and all, but Im getting sick of it with the high rotation.

Any plans to normalize its insertion %???? Like before it has double the amount of matches vs any other map?

From the patch notes:

"Did I mention that we also increased the server count for the new map we just added? See you in the desert, my friends."

The assumption is that following all the complaints about never getting to see new maps in the last few introductions, they've taken to increasing the rotation rate for new ones on release. Expect it to return to normal in the next patch (April 2^nd).

It seems likely that they'll normalize it after a bit- maybe tomorrow at the earliest...
