The Jenner F can be faster and deal more burst damage than the Raven, but the Raven runs cooler with more precise weapons and ECM. I wouldn't use any other Jenners because you're not going to be putting streaks into the Jenner due to the threat of ECM, and dumbfire SRMs, aside from having been nerfed into the floor, aren't optimal for use against other light mechs, who are your priority targets.
Both the Jenner F and the Raven 3L are good chassis, and the F was the premium light before ECM and streaks. Despite the nerf to streaks and the hitbox changes to the Raven however, between the two I would still go with the Raven. The Jenner F is a good, but antiquated choice.
As a further consideration, the Jenner F is also an inferior scout option compared to the Cicada 2A which has the same hardpoints, but is 5 tons heavier, better armored, and able to carry more DHS for the same firepower, and thus is the better choice despite being marginally slower than the Jenner.

It will be detested once airstrikes+arties are added. 3 module slots by default will give it more future life.
The 3L has 3 modules to start as well so, no advantage there and the K has only 4 energy and one missile so it is inferior unfortunately.

It's great at making Devs do a slow tumble down the hill when they're all stood still sniping on a ridge on Alpine, and haven't noticed the pair of 6xMPL Jenners running up behind them.
One alpha and most things just die, there were two dead mechs rolling past before they noticed. Can't do that with a 3L

A lot of love for the JR7-F in here. I liked the D better personally, bit I might need to give the F another shot.

The most "fair" comparison is between the Raven 3L and the Jenner 7K since they both have the same number of module slots.
In this case, the Raven has better missile firepower (more slots and more missile tubes), but the Jenner gets JJ's, 1 more energy hardpoint, and a slightly bigger engine bay (for now). If they can improve the game's high-speed performance, then the Developers might lift the 8.6x Chassis Weigh-based engine restrictions that's currently preventing a Jenner from going above 300-engines (a Light Mech that starts with a 245 engine should be able to mount an engine up to 1.4x the original engine size which equals a 340-rated engine... except for the universal speed limit they imposed with the 8.6x rule).

Really? That's your argument...
yeah, you can't really base it on weapons do to PGI liking to bring the nerf bat down on whatever it feels like, and no matter what mech your in your effectiveness comes down to piloting skill.
