Personally, you know what really gets me? The texture glitch on Frozen City. That is it. Literally my only issue with MWO. Other then that, keep it up PGI.

my issue is the constant crashing which happens since the latest patch. can't go a bloody game with out it locking up on me. Gave up a few days ago not going to bother playing again until they patch out that crash bug because it made playing pointless

Do you have an ATI card? If so, go in to your CCC and set "Surface Format Optimization" to OFF.
60% of the time, it works every time.

Nah, ASUS HD7870. Not sure what to do with that one.
Also, Love the Anchor Man reference. Kudos.

(I said ATI when I meant AMD. company got bought out years ago)
That is an AMD (née ATI) card. Asus just slaps a logo on it and puts in in a box. I have an HD7870 sold by HIS, we have the same card.
So the thing I said should work for you. Look for a little red and white icon in the lower-right corner of your screen. Right click, select "Catalyst Control Center" > gaming > 3D application settings > Surface Format Optimization =OFF.

Asus might have a different software package for some damn reason (that custom stuff is almost never worth it), or your graphics driver is installed wrong.
Try right-clicking on your desktop and see of you get graphics setting options.
If you want that texture bug to go away, that's how you fix it. Worst case scenario, you'll need to re-install the newest drivers direct from AMD (which is not all that bad really).
Given that it's a driver issue and not a game issue, PGI isn't going to fix it for you.

Umm... unless I'm just being stupid right now, the HD series is Radeon. Which is AMD. Which is ATI.
Therefore, unless ASUS decided to copy Radeon model numbers, you are in fact running an ATI card.
Edit: they beat me to it!
And have you tried looking for an "AMD Vision Engine Control Center" ?
