Unreal , Missles were overpowered now completely worthless.

Have SRMs on my atlas build that I don't use alot until this morning.

Stalker down to yellow internals and three shots 1 at 200m 2nd at 100m 3rd at 20meters

couldn't even kill him and only changed his internal torso from yellow to orange. WTF???

2 srm-4s = 6 dmg
1 srm 6 = 9 dmg

I should have atleast done 15 dmg and seemed more like 5

Please balance missles this is redick.

On TT SRM4=8 damage
SRM6=12

We could live with that since all other weapons do TT damage. I am more than happy with more damage then again I like being a sledgehammer.

Amazing how reading before complaining can lead to the complaint being obsolete. :)

Yeah but they didn't say when they were gonna fix them. PGI isn't known for their fast moves so "temporary" can mean like couple of months. If they were smart about it and actually fixing it fast, they would have said; fix coming in april 2nd. They couldn't even promise that so it's reasonable to assume they are gonna take more than couple of weeks to fix it.

Youre not really aware of how software development works are you? See, everything is interconnected and when you change or fix something it often had unintended consequences. Like when you draw something and change a small part which leads to bigger changes etc.

Stop complaining if you don't understand the mechanic. Your SRM4s did 6 initial damage plus an additional 3 damage to any componant within 1.3m of the impact location. Your SRM6 did 9 damage plus an additional 4.5 damage to any componant within 1.3m of the impact location. Adding that up, your SRM4s did 1 point more than they should and your SRM6 did 1.5 more than it should. Had you actually read the 50 or so threads about missile damage or, you know, the DEV post relating to missile damage, we wouldn't have had to waste our precious time telling yet another dim missile spamming bad what is going on and why it happened.

Now then, if you didn't grasp the above, I can rewrite it in crayon to put it at a level you might understand.
