I have a heavily tweaked user.cfg and I dicked around with my driver settings to get from ~10 fps to around 25, but since this patch I got dropped right back down to ~10, even with all the tweaks. This got me back to ~15, combining your provided user.cfg with mine.
dxdiag (partial):
user.cfg:

I've had similar results. Gaining more stability within my games. Thanks, OP.

If the OP explains what he did and why, this is ok. We can not allow links that automatically modify any files of the game client anymore. This is for the protection of the less technically firm users, who need to trust, that the download is actually doing what it is advertising.
It also removes the possibility of the link later getting changed, after it recieved several positive reviews, by something harmful.
This is a general rule and not aimed at the tread starter.

This really makes a lot of sense. It's about accountability. I went through the files to verify the legitimacy of this download. However everyone is not going to have the know how, nor the patience to do so. This is a legitimate fix, but the next download fix may not be. When someone's CC account number get stolen, whom do you think is going to get blamed?

So u targeting me! I never had 30+ FPS.
i will work on this and revisit it again. But again this works for some and not everyone. This would work better if you had a dual core jk

For the sake of the argument ill use "dx" but in reality it is "cry" something.
The game hates dx11 when i tell it to use it. But when i rename it to dx10 and tell it to run it. It does, and does a great job at it too.
