You know what? I say Kudos to Garth for speaking up.
Customer service goes so far and I personally think too many people have been beating the dev. team alive with little show of appreciation.

Even many people who give a thank you still whine in another post.

If you want to know what it is like to bust your butt and then get stepped on by the people you are trying to give something to then join an IT department.

If you are part of an IT department then don't act like you don't know how it is.
