I'd seriously consider paying MC to have the Druuge "throwing a guy in the reactor" sound play.
Anyone else ever play Starcon 2?

wrong, if a Mechs turn bright glowing red in the heat vision, you can easily tell, he is running hot
and is near to shutdown

If the MC coolant flush visually drains gold coolant onto the ground in a puddle I will actually buy them.

I would rather see/hear the CRACKING effect on the mech caused by poring coolant on hot metal..
Even Enconel alloys which hold most of their 90k+ Tensile PSI strength at 1500 deg F , would get jacked pretty jacked if they were "cooled" rapidly.. If not cracked, at least then warped to high heavens.. Granted this is 1k years in the future, and materials from other plants..
As for Steam per the OP post, I'm not sure how that adds value to the game.. ok, he was hot, now hes not, and your still dead..

This would be an awesome idea. Huge cloud going up so it is a give away if they are hiding behind cover but would also intimidate the enemy...... could be cool
Re not seeing heat.. I think itnshould be visible on heat vision... hot running mechs stand out more
