So in the last two days, I've dropped a total of 4 times all with this message.
"CryEngine Error" - ***Memory allocation for 11141848 bytes failed ****
... it's wierd b/c I have no shortage of Memory and this never happens when I'm not in game. It left my group with a man down every time and locks my mech in match.
I've looked on the forum here for a way to put in a support ticket but seems PGI has taken all the ways to report stuff to them down...guess they don't want to know problems when they come up.
Any advice on how to fix this? or on how to put in a ticket?
thanks

You can put in a ticket by emailing the address given here http://mwomercs.com/support
Also, I used to have a similar problem with a CryEngine Error, I had to reinstall and it worked fine after that. Though make sure when you reinstall you clean up your registry, with like CCleaner or something.

Reinstall the Game
If you need to re-install the game, please do it the following way:
1) Go to Control Panel -> Uninstall MechWarrior Online
2) Check the install directories and remove any folders leftover
** Path: C:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online
3) Delete files from temp folders:
** Path: C:\Users\*Your Windows Session’s ID*\AppData\Local\Package Cache
** Path: C:\Users\*Your Windows Session’s ID*\AppData\Local\TEMP\MechWarrior Online
4) Clean up registry keys, there are a variety of third-party tools which can do this.
** You can download one free here: http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER

Yeah I noticed the Email thing, I thought they would have kept a better reporting method than that... but any how I will try that. I really don't want to have to reinstall because it takes so long lol. I'm gonna do some things like disk cleanups etc and see how that works, also cleaning out temp folders etc. I'll keep people updated and also turn it in via the email.

played 10 matches today, cryengine errored out for 6 of those. This is no longer fun and has only started happening since last patch.

This was a fairly common error in CB:
If you have a 32 bit OS you have a limit to the amount of memory that programs can use. (2gb being the default in a system with 4gb installed) Per Microsoft the amount of Physical Memory that programs can access can be changed with the bcedit utility
increaseuserva Megabytes
Specifies the amount of memory, in megabytes, for user-mode virtual address space. This variable can have any value between 2048 (2 GB) and 3072 (3 GB) megabytes in decimal notation. Windows uses the remaining address space (4 GB minus the specified amount) as its kernel-mode address space.
to do this first right click on your desktop and select create shortcut
when it asks for the program type cmd and press enter
verify cmd.exe
next right click on your newly created shortcut and select "run as administrator"
this will open a dos box
now type
bcdedit /set increaseuserva 3072
hit enter then close the dosbox
restart your computer.
When you run the game open/run as few programs as you can.
If you have less than 4gb ram this workaround will not help you.
If you have a 64bit OS this workaround will not help you.
If you have more than 4 GB memory and/or a 64bit OS and have this error you have a memory leak somewhere.

I will try this then, it is in fact Windows 7 32 bit. Running 4 gigs of ddr2 ram.
The weird thing is this only started happening after the last patch though. I'll give this a try though and see where it takes me.
thanks
