Hello mechwarriors

I've made a spreadsheet that calculates the cost of MC in real money (in whatever currency you choose) according to the package you have purchased.

You can find it here: Mech Warrior Online: MC Cost Calculator

Feel free to fool around with it and use it for your own calculations. Have in mind that if you change the custom values, it will change for everyone who is viewing the sheet.

Interesting finding is the C-Bill cost in real money on the Mech sheet. On average 1$ is around half a mil of C-Bills

You just pick up your currency and you browse through the rest of the sheets (you can see them at the bottom), to check the prices, according to the package you are using. The second sheet has some custom fields that you can add your own values in the "Setup" sheet.

Looks pretty cool, but there was another site that did this that was a little more intuitive. Lost the link though.

Still working and unbeaten in 2024!

Just made good use of this. Apperently it is hard to find suitable alternatives these day that let you know easily what is worth what in such detail.

Thanks to the calcuator and charts i found out that discounted Steampacks or "DLC"s are "cheaper" than buying a regular heavy hero in game when on a 50% sale considering you bought the 25k MC pack for 50% off aswell especially since they add 3000MC to each pack.
Never would have found that out so quickly and in such transperency by myself i believe.

So yeah. have a cookie from the future! *handsovercookietoop*

What are you gabbling about? This is a fan-made tool to give PGI less money through maximizing sale prices and value for cash. People can enjoy spending money on the game without being a shill for PGI - and they definitely should be able to post about it without being harassed by the professionally dissatisfied.
