Friendly bump for this incredible team. The day before yesterday I dropped in their ranks with a friend of mine, very fun, very competitive. I hope I have done my part in the battlefield.... except maybe when I'm narced and I died with 0 DMG... I did forgive when I made 6 kills

I will give you guys wanting to apply to the unit a little bit of inside info. Be patient, I don't think any of us were recruited on the spot. The thing that will make you stand out the most is if you can pull a win out of an apparent loss, the proverbial "clutch" victory. Keeping your cool, being in the right place at the right time are crucial. Lastly, don't be afraid of criticism, our language internally is a bit on the rough side and we don't hand out participation trophies. We criticise ourselves pretty openly and it's a big part of why we are successful.

Though perhaps the biggest thing you can do to be recruited is actually drop with us and work well with us.

That being said I look forward to seeing some fresh faces if you have what it takes.

I don't currently consider myself as a very high level pilot yet but I got the rest of the goods so would that work? If not I'm willing to challenge whoever it takes to single combat so that you may evaluate me and determine if I'm doable.

A guy who used to spend hours upon hours playing MW4. Now I'm not being cocky or saying that I'm currently very good at MWO, I'm just saying that I got heart and a willingness to do whatever my prospective Khan wants from me. If I fail and am too weak I'll go and bust ass and then come back and try again.

I wish to give you the respect you deserve and address you Jaguar-Khan formally with my Clan name as opposed to my username. My name is Komyrrik and I hail from the great Showers Bloodname. The answers to your questions and an argument as to why I should be granted my birthright is listed below.

First time paying a Mechwarrior online athough I do play Armored Core online. As for why this unit I have been playing table top for awhile also and this Clan is by far my favorite. You don't have to worry about if I'm a team player as I honestly prefer cohesion and working together as opposed to lone wolfing it. All I'm asking for is the right to try. As for the part about heart not being enough even the great Nicholas Kerensky himself stated that heart, willingness, and ferocity were the premier qualities that the Smoke Jaguar possessed.

Here's and excerpt from one of his writings to prove this: "...A magnificent beast, the smoke jaguar, it is ferocity unbound, tenacity without limit. Once it locks its powerful jaws around the throat of its prey, it never lets go. The greatest of warriors might be shamed by comparing himself to such fierce courage."

I'm not a coward and I would like to prove that I possess the qualities of the great cat as stated above by Kerensky. I know that I have much to learn in MWO but I would feel more at home being honed and molded by fellow Jaguar brethren than by any other Clan let alone a freebirth. In fact the Smoke Jaguar itself was not originally the predator that it is today. This is proven by yet another of Kerensky's treasured writings listed just below.

"My Clans might learn much from this beast. Like us, it came from Nature, but has been improved by human hands. And now the great cat born on Terra thrives on a world so many light-years away from the planet of its birth that the human mind shudders to contemplate it...as we must. As we will..."

I have potential I just need to be sharpened and modified just as the Smoke Jaguar was. I hope that you view this post as adequate and allow me to join my Jaguar family. If it is not adequate then I ask that you please allow me a single honorable Trial to have at least a taste of the great Clan that is Smoke Jaguar.

I want to join this unit to win. Lore is great fun in my mind but I'm not looking to roleplay as it's all fake. Sure I do a few posts in character but they are few and far apart. As for the other issue I can always just go and play for fun elsewhere. Now I'm not saying that I wouldn't mind making friends in this unit or enjoying destroying people together or the odd lore comment but by far the main goal of mine is to have clear organization, planning, and to blow stuff up while winning matches.

Blame PGI, in their timeline the clans have mercs, and hopefully having a few wolves around to put down the bulldog will be mutually beneficial.
