I still prefer the "wait and see what happens" method.

Back on topic: That interview has some of the most uncomfortable, awkward body language I've ever seen.

LoL, yeah poor Bryan. I think some public speaking courses would do him a world of good. Either that or he was fighting his transformation into the Hulk. :)

I'm only interested in whether there will be an additional COST to me.

Its a good sign we're generating enough money for them now and that their projection of future income is enough to warrant the additional numbers,

Its a bad sign that that they have the above from its current user base and yet have some of the worst dev to community communication/interaction i've ever seen and seem to be of the mindset that "Daddy knows best".

Increasingly its coming across as if they believe there aren't any adults that play this game and thus its only worth taking on board the community's opinion when it directly threatens their pocket book or is outright flagrant imbalance/bug.

I want to see, not only a clarification of future costings but, a revised and revamped format and time table for dev blogs/community updates. Not even 2 months on the current format and I can see it isn't enough to avoid "misunderstandings".

We all do ... I get the feeling that they were holding off until this event to start letting out the "big news" ... if the information doesn't start flowing soon, the forum firestorms are going to be frequent and fierce.

All sounds nice and it was necessary to clarify Russ' interview so now I ask:

When you consider the usual forum behaviour, you can't blame them, really...

There is literally 0 difference between this physically mature community and any other community full of people of mine and younger age. When the forums behaved differently during early closed beta and pre-beta states, their behaviour was also a lot different.

interview is interesting. he was quite nervous problably becouse of that nice reporter :). but its still dont change anything if they monetize merc corps just for subscription. the most important and most interesting thing on the game will be only be subs :D:D what a joke. Lets see how fast mercs will become toys for spoiled kids if they go that way

? The other article quoted Bryan as well... it wasn't a quote from Russ.

Edit: I'll go so far as to say it shows a child like naivety.

The wait and see people are not the ones exhibiting child like behavior.

I really don't think you get how consumer feed back works with companies.

You are not a hero for overreacting. Also, during the amok, you've managed to say you'e leaving the game... then do so. Aside from spamming the server's bandwidth, you achieved absolutely nothing at all.

Why are you still so invested in the forums if you are not playing?

I would like to come back to the game when pgi un-***** their code and the game is playable again?

I want the game to be in a good state?

I have already dumped money into the game and don't want it have been me ******* in the wind?

Edit: not to mention that I have friends that play this and I sure would love to be able to come back to this game when its finally not crashing constantly and enjoy playing the main draw for the game in the first place.

I would like to know if you are in a merc corp, how does pug dropping and 4 man dropping work? Still the same? How about pug dropping in a merc corp gaining loyalty for certain factions for yourself or your unit? Can merc corps declare for a house and fight on the front lines to earn the front line bonus? Are merc corp contested worlds part of these front lines and what would happen if the front line changes territory when you hold said world?

SO MANY MORE QUESTIONS!!!

also insert worries about population segmentation here
