Your build is nice, but is mostly medium and close range build. Current game state is much more suitable for at least partial sniping.

Would you be interested to try something like this?

STD280 (stock), Endo, DHS. 2 PPC, 1 UAC5, 3 medlas in hands.

Now some explanation. Heat is not a problem, as PPC+UAC for sniping and UAC+meds for brawling do not create heat issues. With these three babies speed of 280 engine is more than sufficient.

You can snipe effectively, these torso mounted PPCs are high up and convenient. If you see -- shoot.

You are dangerous up close with UAC and 3 meds all mounted in hands. I legged so many lights.
Not full armor on legs and arms (which have just med.lasers). Not a problem, as no one aims arms of a cataphract.

You have just 3 intuitive weapon groups. UAC, 2PPCs, 3 med.lasers.

Here is the alternative with Ferro Fibrous and STD300. Also looks quite good.
