XL325, 14DHS, Endo, 4xJJ, 1xGauss(3ton), 2xERPPC, 2xSSRM2(1ton), AMS

Take off the AMS and shove 16 leg armor, then you get space for another JJ. As a backline 'Mech, it shouldn't be that much of a problem.

The fact that the weapons are located around waist level, however, would seriously restrict the effectiveness of jump-sniping. To what degree I have no idea, cuz I never tried that. I don't even own HM yet. I'm just throwing out what would become obvious right now.

Also:

STD275, 14DHS, Endo, 4xJJ, 1xGauss(3ton), 2xERPPC, 2xSSRM2(1ton) (Slower version based on Splinters' design)

Also, could someone inform me what song HM plays?

If it's canon, it's Elvis or Metallica.

I doubt it's canon.

I'm not sure the XL is worth it. Really depends on how big the side torsos are. The Heavy metal is super gimped if the left torso goes anyway so maybe the XL risk isn't that bad. I just know on my Atlas my side torso gets blown out often.

Jump sniping with arm mounted PPCs on a Trebie 7M works but you tend to eat return fire more often then the Cataphract 3D with its shoulder mount PPCs.

We're talking about a poptart/sniper build, not a brawler build. You can't just get everything DUH.

I would go to a standard engine just so survivability is higher. Here's my version. It only has 13 DHS' but it should be adequate given the role. 275 vs 325XL is the biggest difference between the OP's build and mine.

Improved ammo & heatsink placement. Moved all JJs to leg - what's the point of JJ if you're limp? Also in my book 14DHS is the bottom line for any heat-intensive build so took off a JJ and added 1ton of Gauss ammo for increased firepower.

Streaks feel weird to me. Imo remove them and replace with more gauss ammo.

The hero mechs are not supposed to be better. They are supposed to be quirky and offer a niche that no other chassis does. It would be P2W if the hero mechs had better loadouts than their free versions.

:)

In battle, Rhonda played heavy metal. Ozzy, AC/DC, Led Zep or whatever you young people listen to today.

In MWO, probably Yanni. Or Zamfir. Sanjaya.

Its not p2win having a half decent hero mech and I'm sure they need cash to further develop the game. I'm sick of hearing people complain that if the heros were brought up to sub par of the normal variants its P2Win. They are not Quirky they are lame...period.

That's not bad as a pop-tart but a half decent light mech pilot would have no trouble despatching you....lol still would be some serious pop-tart dmg... IMO I have catergorized this one with the Pretty baby... Now I am hanging to see the normal variants cant wait till i get me hands on them ones...
