No it doesn't do anything. If it did, I am sure ECM would counter it.

But when you want to push MC, you sacrifice practical and reasonable functionality in favor of allowing every mech to carry certain "modules" to ensure you can get revenue from everyone instead of just those with a command console capable mech.
Not really sure what to think of that.

So put one on a stalker can you could carry up to 3.
1 Regular, 1 Mastery, 1 Command Module.
That is all, for now. They have plans within plans within soft buttered tacos.

...the console gave a small percent bonus to c-bills (and/or xp)?
I can't decide if it'd be a good or bad idea, but I like it.

(just tested in mechlab, 3 different mechs, still does nothing)
