I wonder if your choice of color is going to hurt sales. I suspect no matter how many "pretty baby's" or pink mechs you push, you will never bring in a female demographic....

It looks to me like your primary revenue stream comes from a bunch of 30-something dudes who never grew past the "playing with giant robots" phase. We don't want pink mechs.

Also, stop making new crap until you fix your old bugs!

Also Also, get rid of coolant flushes!

I don't think that relasing pink hero mechs is a shot at female demographic. I think they target 30-something dudes who never grew past the "playing with giant pink music-blasting robots" phase.
And miss the 80s.

I wonder if your choice of words is going to be of interest to anybody. I suspect no matter how many "I don't like this" or "Take that out of the game" posts you make, you will never speak for more people than a handful....

It looks to me like your primary goal on these forums is whining about stuff you don't like like someone stole your teddy bear or put warm milk in your cereals this morning. I don't want destructive feedback and whining people.

Also, wait for a response on your old posts, before posting the same stuff in a new thread!

Also also, leave us alone!

Also also also, this is the most antiquated and stereotypical idea ever. Pink is the new black :D

I've seen many of them around and I've heard the music they play once they score a kill. It's fun. Soon we should be given the option to tune hero mechs colors, it should have been already in the previous patch but they had a problem in releasing the feature and it looks like it neither did for yesterday's patch.. therefore that color won't be a problem.

And as a friend of mine that won the last cataphract tournament would say "pink is OP!" :D

Who is this "We" you are talking about? There are loads of players online playing with that pink Mech, and most of them are guys.

Btw... why are you playing this game if not for being someone who couldnt "grow past the playing with big stompy robots" phase?

P.S. The only reason I have not bought one myself yet is not because I would get my knickers in a twist about the colour I cant see while sitting in the cockpit anyways... but because I want to be able to get past the basic Mech skills and this will only be possible if at least 2 more Highlander Chassies are released (in 2 weeks).

And for you knee-jerk angry trolls ~ I'm not whining here. This is the "Feedback" forum. The posts here will contain feedback. My feedback is that I don't like pink battlemechs, lingering bugs, and ill-advised game mechanics.

You guys have seen a lot of "Heavy Metals" in game? ok. Have you also seen all the trash talk?

Fanbois will be fanbois. I just wish you would take your knob-slobbing attitude somewhere else so people can post feedback in the feedback forum without being harassed.

The guy with the "miss the 80's" post had a good point. Some of you other people need to up your prescriptions and stay out of the feedback area.

Tell this guy how pink is ******, he might show you what a mech named "Heavy Metal" is all about :)

No seriously, i understand you, i don't like it either, but that's not really valuable feedback i think. If you don't like the color, don't buy it, simple as that.

However, the sentence saying that there should be bugfixes over useless content is true. But it's also true, that people who design vanity items won't fix bugs. But yeah, sometimes it feels bad to get new 'useless' items with little to no bugfixes at all - or new bugs. New bugs will happen, don't get me wrong, but still... it just feels bad as a customer.

Nope, you just misunderstood my point.

The main theme of this game is simple - big, stompy tanks on legs striding through gritty environments whilst dishing out laser/missile/ballistic punishment at each other.

And when you think about it, even in such enviroment there is a place for pink, music-blasting cool-looking war machine.

Think irony, think flavour, think contrast.

Fun fact: apparently this thing is selling like nobody's business. If you jump on to a match it's always crawling with them.

I don't understand your reply.

"Heavy Metal" is obviously a nod/mockup to Battletech lore's Rhonda Snord, who piloted a pink Highlander with external speakers. What has Davis McCall got anything to do with it?
