Historically Correct....but they have not come back to correct themselves. This makes me wonder and slightly sad.

No i think PGI doesn't give a Urbies... about a lot of things lately....

Champion mech announced on the 12th... nada
Date confusion on patch and or ELO patching...
No new mech's announced since December.
One new map announced via 2 pictures on twitter... butno word on it on the website.

Im sure im missing stuff and the list can go on and on and on....

What I wanna know, will get a May Creative Director update at all? If we get one, will it be posted AFTER the first patch of May, making it half-way uninformative?

May's director update should hopefully come either today or tomorrow, since February and March came on the 4th of the month, but April's came on the 3rd. Also, following their answers on one of the recent Ask The Devs, we will see Battlemech 20 this month! I hope it's soon

The best source of information about a product is the official website and the people not using it to its fullest in this case are the developers.

I agree!

Plus, I'm all for PGI/IPG using Twitter, Facebook, whatever social media outlets. Their news and announcements do need to reach people that are not yet playing/forum users. But for the life of me, I don't understand why they don't use the forums more. If I see something on FB or (recently) Twitter, I expect a blurb and a "for details visit our official website." Why can't they do that??

On one hand they say only a minority uses the website and forum, but on the other hand they do nothing to change that.

You only have to look at the "picture of the week". Picture of the month would suit it better. They posted several pictures lately but have a hard time getting one for picture of the week.

Or even their aversion about giving us info about things like CW. Something that will determine if this game is win or fail.

Its like they are saying, this is my game stay away.

But, without us they would have never been able to make it that far. We are the 5 Million $ guys.

Considering they can't handle posting 140 characters of Inner Sphere "News" each day, its not surprising that they can't get a monthly update out until its somewhat past its usefulness.

I'm rooting for you guys to do better PGI, but c'mon - this is customer relations 101 stuff here.

Agreed! This website is supposed to be home base for everything relating to this game. The ISN posts honestly would take less than 15 min to post.
