ECM Command Chair post published today

Just a serious question, no QQ. Feedback to the Command Chair insert in the appropriate topic.

I know it takes time to consolidate, take some statistics and feedback, formulate precisely and clear etc etc

But to me, the post seems to have been written over a month ago. (And we'll have to wait at least another month for changes.)

To add some content for General Discussion: pls PGI make the hardpoint restriction for ECM to the head.

Why the head? So ECM can't be mounted?
