I too am suffering from whatever connection issue this is. Thougt it might be my processor or graphics card, but other games work just fine. It is just really strange to have such a high ping, but an awful connection. And testing grounds work just fine, this is a in match only issue.

Well i opened up the ports on my router and disabled my avg while playing, this has seemed to help for the time being and I do not know if it is a permanet fix.

I wished it was but it is more likely simply a placebo effect.

Just a heads up, I understand this has been identified as a bug and being worked on, but I figured I'd post in here saying that I have it as well. It is quite frustrating. What I have noticed as well is that it will occur at a certain time of day, mainly in the evening. I begin experiencing it which coincides with people getting home from work, as I live in the EST.
