Hello fellow players:

I am noticing 2 flaws that prevent me from playing the game:

1. I go to click "launch" with my trial mech and I get the load screen and the pretty world picture but then dumps me back to the launch screen and mech is "in match" and I can't get in.

2. I click launch and get booted from the game entirely.

Niether of these happened before now and I have a good computer that has vista (I know, I know you can stop the snickering). My graphics card (if it is an issue) is an ATI Radeon HD 5700.

Anyone else suffer these issues as well?

here are some preliminary troubleshooting, which may not help but is always worth a shot

• delete the shader cache (mechwarrior online/USER delete the folder named Shaders)
  
• Verify your .pak files (download 7-zip, right click the .pak files in mechwarrior online/game select test archive)
