So Artilery Is Broken

Improved Arty is borked, tested it 3 times now in training grounds the Suposed 4 secs 10 shells is still taking 6 secs and 6 shells its acting as if not improved at all.

so you have internal testers who failed to notice that one of the only things you introduced this patch is broken

From my understanding the training grounds do not take into account pilot skill unlocks.

Do you get the same result in a live game?

Guess OP never noticed speed tweak wasn't in effect on training grounds either.

OP is complaining because he didn't bother to find out that modules don't work in Testing Ground, then came and complained in the wrong forum.

Doesn't happen to me as you describe at all. My improved Arty works just as advertised as far as I can see.
