I need to get in contact with one of the Dev's because the system profiler wont run on my laptop, it gets a critical error, and i would like to have my profile updated with my Alienware M11x's Specs so my profile will be pretty much complete.

how about just posting in the sub-forum labeled "Website Support". I would imagine the Dev(Kyle) running that forum would be the one to talk to about issues with the website.
