First question, are you using and config changes?
That looks like 2 issues, one where the HUD is being shrunk at the bottom, and one where you've got extra weapons showing in the HUD.

happened to me once since last patch, the 'extra weapons' lines grow with casualties. Happened to me in tourmaline desert and as game moved on with every new death the 'false weapon' line augmented
