Holding Tab to bring up the match score screen flickers as if I am tapping it repeatedly. This wasn't a problem before this patch.

Exactly as OP. I also get the flicker when I use the joystick button I've mapped to this function.

I also can't exit chat by pressing "Enter" anymore. I have to hit Esc-Esc and abandon what I typed. (See OP's similar post here: http://mwomercs.com/...g-chat-message/
