... I didn't give that post much thought, given that it was on April first. But the OP's assertion makes sense. Clanners are genetically engineered to a degree, and the whole Forest Lupines thing is blatantly obvious.

I'll admit, I was duped. Didn't help that I confused Lupine with Lagomorph... been too long since I studied scientific names of animals. Heh... giant forest bunnies would have been funnier though.
