I have seen people on here post screen captures of their stats (kill/loss ratio, ect)...but I don't see any controls in the game or on the site to bring that info up.
How do you display those screens?

On the website click on Profile (top right corner of the screen), then click on Stats (in the 3rd row of buttons from the top).

If you are asking how to take screenshots of the end-game splash screens:
"Alt-Enter" MWO into windowed mode, drag the window slighly off-screen, then "Print Screen".
