Partial Engine speeds

Since we are not going purely by hex based movement I see no need to round your engine to the nearest 10 kmph. Allowing partial engine speeds would GREATLY improve customization ability due to the tonnage of engines.

I have to agree, more customization is always a good thing.

i hope they dont force rounding, would be more fun if they didnt, 1 or 2 kmh can make a big diff between getting shot and not getting shot

I mentioned this MANY MANY times but the many people here would still prefer the TT "rounded" numbers for speed.
