Isn't it annoying all those posts of people who plain refuse to read the actual post
and replay on what they think the thread is about from reading the teaser / title.

I hereby officially petition the comm guard to fine these people.
The only question is what kind of penalty would be appropriate.


PS: Additionally there should be a penalty for not understanding irony.
