Purchasing Mc Via Paypal?

Recently attempted to make two purchases of MC. First went through without a hitch. The second was rejected. I have the funds available on my PayPal account and such, so that shouldn't be the problem, and I've waited several hours before trying to make the purchase again, but to no avail. Any suggestions as to what I should do? Keep waiting? Or contact someone? If so, who?
