Upgraded to a uac-20 for a timberwolf F-UK (lol). I went away from the dual uac-10s because the timberwolf variant wasn't canon, it was from MWLL, and the F-UK is something made up for megamek. I wanted to go with a canon variant, so I chose the prime because it is so iconic.
but the uac20 is still hangin around : D
edit: i still have the uac 10 model

- Widowmaker - The preferred configuration of the Black Widow Natasha Kerensky, the Widowmaker can do a great deal of damage at any range. Two ER PPCs are mounted for long range combat. These are backed up by a pair of Large Pulse Lasers. For close combat, the Widowmaker carries three ER Medium Lasers, an ER Small Laser, and an Ultra Autocannon/20. This mix of weaponry served Natasha Kerensky well until her death at the hands of Jade Falcon Star Commander Joanna. The Widowmaker now rests on the floor of the Great Gash on Twycross, in silent memorial to its legendary pilot.[23] BV (1.0) = 2,534, BV (2.0) = 3,041[24]

Love the gun but you do know that UAC are "not" Rotary Autocannon's right? Meaning they don't have 2, 3 or 4 barrows they just have "one". They just have a modified reloader that is able to reload rounds at twice the speed of a normal AC. However, rotary autocannon's (RAC's) do.

bar·row
Noun
1. A metal frame with two wheels used for transporting objects such as luggage.
2. An ancient burial mound.
3. A male pig castrated before maturity.
Except for when the UACs do have multiple barrels. Like the ones designed for the figurines, some of the official artwork, and the old resin model kits and the museum scale models of Clan Omnimechs.
The thing about gun design in BattleTech is there isn't really a set standard for all 'mechs. The only standard is the mathematics that are used for gameplay purposes. An AC10 may be a high velocity rapid fire weapon that shoots a stream of slugs that adds up to 10 points of damage, or it may be a single solid shot that does 10 points of damage. Not to be confused with an LB-10X which can fire a canister round that does up to 10 points of damage in a scatter shot (shotgun blast) as well as a single ball.
The UAC design also has different types. For example there's the autoloader which fires two shots from a single barrel, or the rotating multi-barrel design which works a bit like a revolver. Plus there's also the multi barrel design which would keep the gun tubes comparatively cool as it burns through the ammo.
Then there's the rotary autocannon which is like the GAU-8 Avenger main gun on the A-10 Thunderbolt II (aka A-10 Warthog) or the original Gatling gun from the 1800s.
So yes, an Ultra- Autocannon can have a single or multi-barrel design. It's the firing mechanism and game mechanics which differentiates it from a regular Autocannon and a Rotary Autocannon.

Twin fixed barrel Ultra AC/2:

Single barrel Ultra AC/20:

Multi-barrel Ultra AC/10:
Quirk of the last one is that it also uses a clip reloading mechanism with a single or double volley (one clip or two clips) firing selection system. Making it one of the few autocannons explicitly stated to be burst fire only.
